This is one of the best playing and sounding jazz guitars I'veever owned or played. And that includes my Heritage THE ROSE / JohnnySmith, my, Heritage SWEET 16, my Heritage KENNY BURRELL, my Gibson L-5, and myGibson ES-350T. This guitar is no longer in production byHeritage and they are getting harder and harder to find. I don?t know if this is a Heritage prototypeinstrument or one that is of very early production. While the headstock does not have the KennyBurrell signature as is included on later model headstocks, the inside label ismarked Groove Master model HRW pickup. You be the judge of whether it is a prototype or simply a very earlyproduction model. See photos forcondition.
